On a 2002 Sport Trac I am working on, I found the broken wires in the boot under the bulkhead connector on the driver's door.
I replaced the master switch, the new one illuminates now..
When I unlock the windows, the driver's front goes up automatically as if the button is pushed although it is not...
When i push the driver's switch down, there is a relay clicking under the dash
The Passenger front window works correctly
The Driver rear window works correctly
The Passenger rear does nothing.

I can use a power probe to raise and lower the driver's window.
I have not tried the passenger rear, it is a lower priority

I have installed a third master switch with the same results.
Can someone save what little hair i have left and point me in the right direction on what to check next.

Seems to be a problem with the email you registered with. Check it for accuracy and then I can send you this info.

First I'll assume the wires were reconnected properly and no exposed wires are touching.
Second the Drivers window is on a separate circuit from the other windows. It is on a "delayed" circuit. I can send you the wiring schematics for the windows which I think will show you the places/things to check.
