i just installed a overhead console in my 05 sport trac 4x4 xlt no harness was found between sunvisor after i removed headliner (i tought it would have been already wired at factory but it look like they went the cheap way lol ) console = the basic one no sunroof, just compass and outside...

remove the heater panel on top of your dash then go outside the car passenger side, lift your wiper blade then use a led flashlight and look inside the dash youll see a module with the code printed on, approx where the helper airbag is situated... position your head near the antenna approx 6inch...

why hack a sport trac to convert it in a ranger.....?????????? when you can go buy a ranger then custom fit the front end of sport trac you will save ton of money and labor time + it wont look akward....even if you custom fit all the interior youll still save money and time dont want to be...
