    Clicking relays on 98 explorer

    My in-laws 98 explorer wouldn't start yesterday. They got a jump and drove home fine. I went to check it out and noticed that relays # 8 and #10 were clicking with the vehicle off. They couldn't find their owners manual so I'm not positive what these relays control, but I think that one is fog...
