    Reset oil change display

Also note that replacing the cluster will require a visit to the dealer for reprogramming. This is due to the PATS system being integral to the cluster.

    P0420 Question

You'll want to compare the plots from an O2 sensor before the cat and the one after. The one after the cat should show less switching if the cat is doing it's job. I had the cat fail on my 4.6L while under warranty and there was a random misfire code stored with no MIL.

    Navigation dvd

You're right - sorry. I believe the unit switched over in '09 from the DVD based unit to the SD card based one. The older one had a second DVD drive behind the screen that needed to be opened via a menu command.

    Navigation dvd

You can eject the current DVD and look at the "P" number. I took my unit out a while ago and 9P or something was the latest then.

Yeah you're right actually.. It's been a while since I've looked at them.

Vehicle surging with shudder/maybe torque converter clutch?

The head design was updated I believe in late '07 models to make up for this problem. Take a quick look at your ignition coils and see what color they are. If they're black it's the old design but if they're brown it's the new design that should be no problem to change the plugs.

Still having problems with 07 Explorer XLT

This would just involve using an additional spark plug (or a spark tester preferably like https://www.amazon.com/Thexton-THE404-Spark-Tester/dp/B0002STSBM this) and connecting the plug wire for that cylinder to it. Then start the engine and check for spark. This will verify if the coil and wire...

Still having problems with 07 Explorer XLT

I would use a spark plug external to the head and check for spark. If that's good I would suspect the injector for that cylinder.

    Overhead Console Removal

It's all held in by clips. You just need to pull down with a little force. I just had mine out a few weeks ago to glue the headliner.

    AC Compressor stud removal

Is the stud long enough to get two nuts on it ? If so you could use one as a jamnut against the other and try with a wrench.

    Getting P0304 Cylinder 4 Misfire

The fuel injector for that cylinder is the next likely candidate.

Jerky Driving / Misfires / Transmission???

I call BS on this one. That might be a true statement if they're talking about power flushing the fluid but dropping the pan and replacing the fluid and filter has next to zero risk.

    Name this part!

It's a wheel chock that came with the truck. Mine looks the same but is painted black.

Changed Thermostat... broke a part :(

The dealer sells it at the list price that's shown on the page you linked ($30.70 in this case). If the shipping is more than $10 you come out ahead buying it locally. Of course a larger order or more expensive part makes a lot more sense to order though.

    RPM fluctuation

D Hook is right then - I had the same problem and resolution. And definitely do the plugs if they haven't been changed yet.
