I'm wondering if you wouldn't be better off trading it in before the 36 month warranty is up....

The headliner was definately down, as the guy who the dealer sublet the work to forgot to reconnect the side curtain airbag. The guy had experience with the removal/installation with a few others, so I wasn't worried about it getting messed up. It eliminated 95% of the noise, so I'm happy.

I had mine taken care of a couple months ago, and they used the Fusor 121 spray foam ("they" was the company that they sublet the work to). The rain noise has been reduced significantly, and I have noticed no issues with how the headliner was taken down/replaced.

Problem is back. Evidently, when the seat is moved, it will come on & go off. Cabling is currently suspected, but who knows. I haven't had my Exp for almost a month now due to the air bag issue. Too bad I don't have a little extra money right now, I'd dump that one and get a 2013 model...

I have the Draw-Tite Class III hitch receiver on my 2011. Looks great, fits well, drops the exhaust about 1/4" or so (not noticeable, in other words). I have used it with a hitch basket several times, no issues at all. Took less than an hour to install it and the wiring harness. I ordered...

Any word about the correct part number? My dealer told me the same thing. On a couple of other peoples, they had thought about using "Great Stuff", but wasn't sure on the expansion of it and possible staining. It is one of the last (of many) correction items. Thanks!

Thanks for the help Cory. As a follow-up on the problem in my '11 XLT, they replaced the "pretensioner-seat" twice (no change in error code, so they ordered a second one & tried it), did end-to-end testing on the cabling, used dielectric grease, and eventually had to replace the "sensor...

I forgot to mention...dielectric grease was used either after the first pretensioner didn't work or after the second didn't work. When it was used, light went off for less than five minutes, and has been on ever since (still at dealer). Last I heard they had the center console out working on...

Air bag light I've had the same problem with the air bag light. The computer said it was the tensioner...it has been replaced twice now, no change. Ford had the dealership checking pinouts and connectivity, reseating connectors, and now replacing the air bag module. I've been waiting almost...
