    Oil capacity 4.0 SOHC

    The XXXX's are just a high lighted filler mark between the upper most and the lowest oil level. As long as the oil level is kept within the marks your good to go. Preferably kept closer to the high mark but not over.

    how do you adjust the headlights?

    I have a 07 XLT and I have noticed on foggy days that the headlights beams are pointed pretty high. About eye level with a on coming car. personally this wont do.
