I replaced our battery today right at 3 yrs old, 52K (out of warranty). Now it is telling me to check the brakes and ESC light is on. All was fine before the battery swap and the installation. Any suggestions how to reset?

Marksyoungmagic, I agree totally. Dealers are just incompetent snakes. On a different issue I have been leaving messages for my dealers service center manager to get a $100 refund he verbally told me he would take care of. That was mid January....

it was a ford extended warranty. WIll cal the finance department of another dealership today in the area. We are totally done with our dealership by our house.

It has been over 2.5 months since the dealership told me they would refund my $100....still waiting. I called him 2 weeks ago and got some sob story about "well...the person that did our warranty and refunds quit a few weeks ago, and I don't know what she did or didn't do before she quit...."...

Just for kicks, tied copying a card and guess what.... Copy worked!!! I have one heck of an IT guru though. Still haven't see. That refund check in the mail.... Will call dealership in the AM.
