Problem: Blown head gasket (and/or cracked head)
Question: Should I include a valve job when having the heads replaced or will having a super tight top end overly stress my lower end and cause it to fail, or fail quicker?

I forgot to mark the exact of torque converter to driveplate when I removed my auto trans, 1996 explorer, 2wd OHC engine.
One transmission mechanic says driveplate (four "bolt holes") can ONLY be installed on one orientation- but I don't think that's true.
