    2006 explorer doesnt want to turn over

    hello all, I just recently replaced the pcm ( yes the pcm has matching part number) and had the keys reprogrammed. when I turn the key over all the lights in the dash come on but when I go to start it up, nothing. where the millage is shown will go black when trying to start. any suggestions...
