got a lot of work done in the last 2 weeks. i got the motor, trans, transfercase, axles, radiator, and exhaust out.... new rear axle in and done minus shock Id like to flex it out b4 i mount them...front axle is in position (still waiting on springs to mount it).....getting my f-350 master...

anyone in nj need parts i have a bunch of first gen driveline parts i need to get rid of now...its cheep check the for sale forum please!!!! thanks joe

even completly stock with tires and shackles ud be amazed what u can do...

you dont need the case but someone may assume this due to the fact of the dana 30 vaccume disconect....

their is an amp....its behind the pass rear plastic panel...look for a blue wire in the harnes off the radio..

well, its been a while and its time to update....i got shocks for the swap, more metal...still no springs and the trans blew....but i got a 1990 econoline van so i might be able to do something to the old explorer....

why not keep it at 69 and get new wheels...ur gettin tires anyway....get 16.5 with 4.5 bs in the front and 2 in the back...? its cheeper...

this is what i carry in my rig..2belts, upper and lowwer rad hoses, 3hubs, 4 drive shaft u-joints, left and right front axle shafts, 1 rear axle shaft, 1 alternator, 2 of every fuse on the thing, 2 fullsize spare tires, f/r driveshafts, box of assorted nuts, bolts, and washers, tierod, ends, and...

im all stock minus the 32s....

mine are great even for 32s...

i run 20 psi in my pro comp mud terrains and its like im floating on .....well air..now...as a tire shop employee, if the tire calls for 65, id run 60...but considering its an ex .....40-45 would be good...

like 1/2 inch in the front and not in the back .......at least thats what i had.....
