Update After driving a day and a half, it seems there still is a faint "knock". It's not as loud, heck I would say it's very quiet now. I wonder if because the pads being installed the way they were, maybe the pins got screwed up?

Found The source. Problem solved So... as it turns out a"heck" of the mechanic that worked on my brakes, installed rear pads wrong. Left side on right, or maybe I should say opposite. So the "u" groove was on top instead bottom. Just hope it did not screw up anything else.
