I think it might be easier than you think. The dodge caravans (86-99) have the motorized rear wing windows. There are plenty of those in the junkyard.

Well, I've done some investigating as to motorizing the jump windows in my Sport. It IS possible by using parts from the 4door and Expedition, but there are many problems.

1) The parts will cost at least $300. (see other jump window thread for part #s)

2) A bracket needs to be fabricated on the pillar to accept the motors.

3) Wiring needs to be run to bypass the factory systems, and the switches need to be appropriate.

The worst part is #2, because extensive modification must be done on the pillar. I think the project isn't worth the money or the time. It would be cool, though. If anyone has thought of an easier way, please post it here!
