US I Love My Truck! New Chick Here

Just figured I would be a cheese head and intro myself. I am 21/f from Maceo, KY. I just bought my first SUV and I must say, I am in love already. I have a 1994 Explorer Limited. It's snow white with tan leather interior. I think this truck has every factory option. I also own a 93 Cougar XR7 Special Edition. I love these message boards. My truck has a few bugs, but I am glad I stumbled acrosst this website, I now know I am not the only one with these problems. All in all, I love my truck. Everyone around here thinks its so weird to see a 98 pound girl cruising around in a 4 door 4x4 full size SUV. I Love My Truck!

Welcome to the site... a 98lb girl is fine in any SUV as long as you can reach the peddles :p ... Now If you were a 300lb+ man/woman in a Miata that would be a different story...

good choice on the '94 limited w/ tan leather. We're twins!
And be careful with those cheesehead comments. Those of us originally from Wisco take that as a compliment.

well, you guys have sufficiently scared her away already...

its funny to see that this post drew Dan out of the shadows, not sure i've seen him post for quite a while. I guess he's been lurking waiting for the women to show up.

my truck is about as close to being the same as hers as yours is- lol. Hope things are good down in the desert. I can't wait until i get a chance to come back down there for a while. Wish i never would have left. School was a hell of a lot easier there too. But alas i'm talking about nothing that has anything to do with this thread (not that it matters though since ya'll scared her away anyways)

lol, It's pretty difficult to drive me away. The bugs I got stuck with were: temp guage that goes haywire every now and then and a non working fuel guage and also, my windshield wipers only work on high. Other than that, I love my new truck! Also, I must make a correction to my original post, I have gray leather interior, not tan. My aunt had a 91 and her's had tan interior. Anyways, I got really lucky when I found my truck. Seems an elderly gentleman had it. He was a member of the "Kentucky Colonels". The leather is flawless, even the driver's side seat. The car lot where I bought my truck hadn't even put it on the lot yet. The lady had it out front giving it a tune up and had planned on putting it on the lot the next day. I bought it, before it even hit the lot. I got it at a steal. The lady didn't even know what the truck booked for! hehehehe
