AAA Recommended Winter Driving Equipment

AAA recommends that all drivers have the following equipment in a winter emergency kit:

# A cell phone
# Flashlight
# Small snow shovel and brush
# Traction mats
# Ice scraper
# Battery booster cables
# Warm blanket
# Flares/triangle warning devices
# Heavy gloves
# Windshield washer fluid
# First aid kit
# Bottled water
# Energy bars

hahaha on and icy day I see 10-15 cars in ditches or off the side of the road, many of them with damage.

Its really fun when the plow guys come by and your abandonded vehicle becomes a ice sculpture.

Sliding around is part of the fun! (sometimes not so fun)

i have a cell phone and some light tools ice scraper,gloves,jumper cables..all that would be needed in town... i have not ventured out of town tho. and if i was i would prolly bring everything on that list as both highways out of town are pretty bad in winter.
