Headlight cleaner thingy....

I stumbled across this europe explorer on a website....

I dont know the english name for the headlight washer thing,
Is this something that came stock or where can I get one?

Anybody else but me that REALLY has missed a thing like this on the explorer?

Looks like somethng thats aftermarket they added on. Hmmm wonder if theres somehitng like that sold here?

I have only seen it once on a explorer and once on a ranger.
I might call Ford here in Europe and see were they come from. Probably they exist in Germany where the most of the explorers exist in Europe.
