BEST 6 1/2s for $100-250 - List!

I'm ready to finally buy door speakers and then my whole system will be ready to be installed. I'm looking to pay no more than 100-250 per PAIR that will go in. I'll first get the front two setup, then the rear two doors on my next check. What would you go with for 6 1/2s and should I do a component system or do 6 1/2 coaxils? (spelling)

Thanks for the advice - brand names - models - links would all be helpful

Eclipse Point source, but chack to make sure they arent a + size speaker, i have the 5x7's. they are technically a 1 peice component set, complete with crossovers. the idea is that for optimal sound staging the tweet should be on the same axis as the mid, u kibht say its a coax no it is not, it is a component set. they sound awesome, for most people these are as nice as they,ll ever want.
