I changed this thread and now am posting pics of what I found.

Newbie or not, didn't want to take anything out and NOT know if it was my amp.

Well to show my 2nd grade level skills where to find the damn things to be honest. I in respect to the back end of the Ex am not sure of antying behind the second row of seats. I have torn a lot of the doors and dash apart, jus not the back end and wanted to know location "image or picture" wise of both items.

I don't have a pic for you, but believe me, if you remove the huge piece of plastic trim, on passenger side, or the whole rear wall in other terms, you will see the amp(s) and sub box all in one unit. It will be right there.

Some units have the door speaker power in head unit, these have only one sub amp mounted to sub box.
