i need a new digital camera i looking for one for around 150$

Are you looking for a particular brand? They now make disposable digital cameras. Some guys have hacked them, and put the plans online.

I just bought a Fuji Finepix A610 to replace my dead Canon SD500. Its about $120 or so and is about 6.3 MPs.. I primarily use it for taking pics of server rack installations and where images are needed to complete jobs. I've been pretty happy with it since its relatively cheap and has pretty much the same features the newer Canon SD series cameras.
