Hey guys,
I was thinking about upgrading my speakers and was wondering if Infinity Kappa 682.7cf's would fit in all 4 doors.
Thanks in advance

They fit, but SERIOUSLY lack any low end grunt. Virtually no bass from Infinity separates or coaxes. If that doesn't bother you, they are fairly accurate, and otherwise get quite loud.

I personally would recommend the new alpine R's, very good sound, and you can get them on ebay for around 100 a pair.

Just my .02

Edit: They also provide great lows

I have them they are alright I guess. But really seem lacking on any real lows at all. And seem to distort rather easily, but keep in mind I'm just using radio power and do not have them amped, I'm sure they would sound better with an amp. I will be amping as well as adding a sub sooner or later so maybe that will wake up them some. My biggest complaint is the lack of lows, if I'm playing a clean, low bass recording they sound decent, but add more bass and they muddy up.

The type of music I listen to isn't real sub heavy anymore, mostly 50's and rockabilly with occasional classic rock, so not sure if I want to add a sub or just get a nice pair of components that can handle reproducing some bass. I don't really need to rattle my filings out anymore.

Boston SL80, but you'll want to wait until you have more power. For a prepackaged set, they're impossible to beat on ease of use, and the sound is phenomenal. The only downside is the tweets will be mounted low.

Thanks for the info guys. One other thing to add is that the speakers don't have to be the best for bass because i already have a sub in the back. I recently blew the driver door speaker so i'm thinking about replacing all 4 at once. I've got an Alpine CDA-9853 HU that puts out 18W X 4 RMS and the option to get a 4 channel amp when I get some more $$. Any other suggestions for my current setup?

Those Bostons look like they are made way better than the Kappas I have now. Of course they cost twice as much also. May have to give them a shot after I amp the doors.

Infinity Reference 6822cf in the front Sony XS-V680HP in the rear and a Profile AP740 4x60w amp Highs that will heart the ears mids that are dead on and good base ( can feel it but the car next to you won't) run this set up in my wife's Contour. We both love the sound and clarity of this set up. I intend to do the same in my 97EB but with a MTX 8in sub running off the OEM amp, a few mods but from what I have read it works well and is cheep
