Help! Weird Noise!

ok so i took out my radio...din and all to see what harnesses i need...and i put it back in and now when i turn my key half way, i hear a squeal under my car for 4 seconds and then a thump....any idea what i did?

A lotta questions, but: You took out the radio, but what do you mean "din?" You simply unplugged and plugged back in the connectors? Factory, aftermarket? Thanks!

i have a pioneer after market...and i pulled out the single din kit and my radio to see what harnesses i have and i put it back into my dash...
