They were on a 97, but i believe the instruction sheet says 96-2001.

However you are in the US, so postage would be a small fortune.

buy them off of ebay in the US, I paid like 30 for shipping, you'd pay ~22usd for the light guards plus I don't know a hundred?? for the shipping from UK, so just get them in the US, I paid less than 50 total per set (one for my 97 one for my 02)
