I dont know, which one do you like?
What are your needs?
Is this going to be part of a system?

You are going to need to put a little more effort into your post for anyone to help you.

Yea ur right sorry.
They both looked similar and fit all my needs which are touch screen, av input, iphone compatibe.
I was just wondering what everyone else thought because the prices are very similar.

I'll vouch for Kenwood nav units. I have the DNX 9140 and love it

No big deal. Just wanted to let you know so you'd get better help.

I agree, Kenwoods support isn't the best. Paying that much cash, you want to get your monies worth.
Pioneer is a very trusted brand, great support, and a good warranty too. The AVIC line works awesomely with iPods/iPhones, so your good there as well. Its got Dolby sounds processors, so quality is going to be top notch if you got the speakers for it.

Just for the record, my dad, his brother, and me combined have had like 5 kenwood headunits, all that had come out to just over a year of using it brand new, took a shit, and kenwood couldnt say anything but to take it to a repair center and that was it, then when I called, the ####### got all cocky on the phone trying to describe to me how a fuse worked!

I love pioneer, ive had a headunit from them, many friends have double dins from them and I love them, they look great, and theyre relitively cheap for what they can do.

I had no problems with kenwood support. i had to update the software on my unit when i got it and they told me step by step how to do it. (with english speaking people).

i see thats the new pioneer, i have been told that they have made some changes to it. i know with the older avic f series there was a long loading time. sometimes it take 2-3 minutes just for the radio to turn on.

Thanks everyone for the help but on the pioneer can i plug av cables into it, like the ones that are on a playstation so i can play it on the screen.
I read that the pioneer avic-x910BT has a mini a/v input jack but i do not understand what that is
Thanks again

Yes you can. There is the standard av inputs in the rear of the unit (if you are ising the ipod cable it uses these inputs). The mini jack is on the front of the unit so you plug it in when you need it. It looks like you will need to buy an additional cable for the front av jack.
