Neither -- Magnaflow. Out of your choices, Flowmaster for sure.

Cherry Bomb is going to be annoying. I have the Flowmaster 50 series, and love it. Quiet rumble at idle, but when you open up the throttle, she screams. It's not near as loud or annoying as my 40 series flows on the Mustang. Any reason you wanted the 44?

Let us know how that turns out. I have two Vortex mufflers to soon add for my 347. Hopefully they aren't too loud. Regards,
