Hey I just did a 3" body lift on my 2000 Explorer Sport, but I think in wrestling with the steering extension, I may have accidentally rotated the steering wheel 360 degrees, but I'm not sure. I read somewhere (I believe in ShadowRaven's PA883 install write-up) that this can cause the airbags to deploy. Is that true? If so, how can I check to make sure that the steering wheel is aligned correctly? Right now, everything appears to be correct, as in the steering wheel straight when the wheels are pointed forward, but I'm not sure if it's off by 360 degrees.

Thanks!

how did you make out with the bl? I would be interested in seeing it cuz I've been thinking of doing one also

Do your turn signals work correctly? Do they shut off when they are supposed to?

I think somewhere on the forum there is a write up on the clock spring. It may tell if it is in alignment or not.

I did look into the clockspring as much as I could, and I didn't find anything. I've been driving the truck for a few days now and it seems like the directionals work correctly and the airbag hasn't randomly deployed (yet?). The only thing that doesn't seem to work is my cruise control. The lights on the left side of the steering wheel aren't lit up and when I push the on button, the cruise control doesn't turn on. I'm not too worried though, because I never use cruise control anyway. Thanks for the info! I'll throw some pics up when I take them.
