The only problem with the AVM hubs is they have proven themselves to not be very strong, although I'm considering them just to get less parts moving in the front end while driving.

Do we think they are strong enough for light occasional wheelen? I am no way as serious as other folks just some light offroadin and winter use.

They probably would be stong enough for that, if you want a few reviews just look on the ranger websites there are plenty of guys running them.

expensive swap
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Locki...Q5fAccessories 134 was the cheapest I could find the hubs on ebay the cv's are going to be the real expense though and the unit bearings, arent they like 145 a piece? I suppose it's not bad if you plan on keeping your dana 35 for a long time, but I have a Dana44 sitting in the garage, lol __________________ it's funny that everyone's embarrassed to drive a station wagon, but drop a truck chassis under it and call it a SUV and suddenly everyone wants one... my truck's build up (in progress) |
