High beam issues.
My wife bought a 2000 explorer. the high beams are stuck on high, when you attempt to dim them fro city driving they wont engage to the low beam, any ideas?

Most likely a bad multifunction switch if highs work and lows don't, assuming you've checked all fuses.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the lighting section. I agree that it sounds like a problem with the multifunction switch.

You dont say, but if you have a E. B. version with a Lights Out Modual then the LOM could be bad.
