2002 Ranger stuck in 4x4??

We got sum snow the other day and I was using my 4 wheel drive and well yesterday when I got in to drive my truck again the back wheels are pretty much locking up when I go to turn left or right. So I figure its stuck but try turning it back on and off but now it wont even turn on. I Dont know what to do any ideas???
