New Shocks for 01 ST 2wd

I recently replaced my rear shocks with Gabriel Ultras from Autozone....I noticed that i sit higher in the back end which is fine...

I'm looking to replace my front shocks...I found these KYB's and was curious if anyone knows anywhere i can get these cheaper....and If it is ok for me to have 2 different brand of shocks on my st...thank you =D

Different brands shouldn't make any difference. Check Amazon for prices, you might be surprised! I've been in the Parts business for 35 years and bought my Monroe Max-Airs from Amazon.

Haven't had any experience with KYB's. Everyone has their preferences. As I said, I was in parts/fleet maintenance for 35 years and I used Monroe's on everything, from Chevettes in the 80's to Police vehicles and Fire apparatus.

I think it was last month Sears had a sale on Rancho Shocks. (saw in another forum) and the guy that posted the thread also had a link to a Coupon. He had all 4 of his replaced for a total of $50.00..
And from what I have read, Ranchro shocks are really good. You might want to check them out.
