My Explorer keeps cutting out.

I am new to this on line but here it goes. i have a 93 ford explorer with a 4.0, it first will run about 2 miles and cut off, it was coded a fuel pump so i replaced that and fuel filter.then the code came up MAF so igot one of those and filter and still runs like before , but the code still comes up Maf low voltage.

PLease help

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the stock 91-94 section. What is the exact code number? Did you check the fuel pump relay, and the PCM relay?

Hi sounds like you may have a wiring problem. It seems that your computer is seeing low voltage? so where is it going? maybe some resistance in conectors or frayed wiring? Make sure your MAF is getting the proper voltage and work from there. The computer will send voltage to the sensor and the MAF will use some of it and the computer needs to see some of it come back. If it doesnt see what it wants to see, it sends that code. Hope this helps!

thankyou for your reply, Ifound out what it wasisthe ecu was bad.
I replaced it andit is running fine now.
