STORY------

went to walmart got oil changed done went back had it out with main mechanic because my explorer was not rattling before oil change noticed when i got home

I did a flush of contaminants in motor

#1 Never go to Walmart to get a oil change if you value your vehicle
#2 If you did and have knocking in motor afterwards as in my Ford Explorer 1996 5.0 V8 (302)
#3 Go to local Advanced etc part place get new oil filter and enough oil, take or buy a 1 gallon gas can fill it up with DIESEL FUEL 0.75 Gallons
#4 Go home drain 2 to 3 quarts of oil out of your motor (leaving old oil filter on!!!)
#5 Take the Diesel Fuel and add all or almost all this is a V-8 302 takes about 5 1/2 quarts of oil can be different for V-6 maybe
#6 Once oil is drained and Diesel is adding directly into the OIL SPOUT in Engine (Crank engine RUN IT approx. 15-20 minutes do not rev your motor up let it idle the whole session)
#7 Turn engine off let vehicle sit over night the DIESEL Fuel will do its job eat away any corrosion on the internal parts of the motor and oil screen)
#8 Next day drain every bit of the oil and diesel mixture out allow extra time for dripping to complete
#9 Take old oil filter off all the nasty in motor should be removed by now

Did not work but sure did clean the gunk out of my motor for sure new oil was black as tar

maybe it is the harmonic balancer hooked up the crank where the noise is originating from looked on youtube @ other harmonic probs they also made the other vehicle sound diesel like

SEEMS TO BE WOBBLING SOMEWHAT WHICH IT SHOULD NOT DO FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD

Taken today
