Truxx lift o rancho QL

hi guys i have an explorer here in venezuela as you can tell from our gas prices we love v8(about 1$ to fill my ex tank), so i wanted to lift my EX but I'm between truxx lift and rancho QL ,with do you think is better?
the QL is 341 http://www.4wheelparts.com/Lift-Kits...=4+Wheel+Drive
and the truxx lift is 377http://www.truxxx.com/product/ford

also the QL does not come with springs? just the shock?

Rancho Quicklift's don't come with the springs, but Rancho Quicklift Loaded does. I'm pretty sure the actual lift given by Truxxx is much more than the lift given by the rancho QL (so manufacturer number's basically don't match up to real life, at least in the case of the rancho QL's).

Here's the link to the thread where my info's coming from. It's informative (note - where he says "Rare Lift" he means "Rear Lift").

Enjoy your cheap petrol.
