US Clutch interlock switch '97 B2300

Well, my truck wouldn't start this morning. click, click, click, that's it. It's happened twice before in the past 18 months and has fixed itself but I'm thinking it's time to fix it permanently. I'm thinking clutch interlock switch. Preferrably, I'd like to "short" the switch instead of buying a new one and replacing it but I don't have a schematic.
Can anyone tell me which wires to cut and splice together?
Thanks.

Thanks for looking. I went to the library and found a schematic. The switch is called a Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch. I shorted it by cutting the blue/yellow wire and attaching it to the grey/red wire. Still won't start but at least I can now push start it. Now I guess I need to troublewshoot the solenoid and starter.

If the clutch switch was bad, you would not get a clicking t the solenoid.
Test your starter, and check your battery cable terminals for corrosion and tightness.

I moved your thread to the Ranger forum, you'll get more looks and answers there.
