Knee bolster removal?
Hello,
On my 99 Explorer the turn signals recently stopped working. I'm convinced it's the flasher. (Engages and disengages as it's energized but no illumination happens, lamps are good) Having never had to remove the knee bolster in this car I started to give it a shot. Unfortunately I couldn't get it disconnected from its retaining point at the hood release. Do I have to unbolt the hood release to remove this panel? Is there an easier way to do this? Thank you in advance for the replies |
