Oh Heck No!

Remember Rockcrusher differential covers, then the same thing made by Solid?

Now a Jeep cover--for 8.8" Ford axles!! What is this world coming to?

Definition of wannabe

They want their Jeep to be a Jeep, but it ain't it's more Ford, or Cheby... or a combination of both...

I sent the seller a question...

Quote:
Will the Jeep logo make my Jeep all Jeep?? Do you have Jeep logo's for the Cheby engine I use to motivate my Jeep?

..It goes to show that the Jeep aftermarket is so great, they even get aftermarket parts for parts that aren't even Jeep...

So true, all these 8.8 axleshaft upgrade kits only came about because of the popularity of swapping them in jeeps.

I had ChroMo axles before 8.8s were cool In fact they are going up for sale now that my 8.8 is being parted out.

Yeah, you could get the shafts made by most of the axleshaft mfg's but until recently no one made a "kit" with the shafts, ends and whatnot.

Down at the bottom of that E-Bay page is a Q&A. I think I know who asked this question, and is a member here...LMFAO!

Quote:
Q: Will this cover fit the early 94 ford ranger 8.8 axles, as i just bought a Solid cover and it will not clear my ring gear with 4.56 gears and lock-rite locker and i think the jeep logo will be funny on the ranger
A: Yes, our Ford 8.8 will fit your Ranger. We can remove JEEP and engrave ODC on it for free.
