1st Gen Explorer Winch Bumpers ON SALE

how much for a set of your bumper brackets, and do you have a pic of them? i torqued my rear bumper pretty good pull starting a buddy's ford diesel, and destroyed what rust was holding the brackets together.

Don't have a pic. They are just 1/4" plate with three holes popped in them, in the basic shape of the side profile of the bumper. (I'm thinking they are about a 6x12" rectangle, with one of the corners cut off at about a 45* angle)

I could probably do them for $40 shipped, and if you wanted them longer so you could build your bumper your way I could do that too.

James ,the bumper for my 86 Bronco came out great, mounting brackets were right on .

Do you have any picture of the light tabs you weld on and plus how backed up are you right now? Def plan on getting one for my 90 B2. Do you have a pic that has been used on a B2?

I can do any sort of light tabs you'd like...today they were about 2"x1.5" with a 7/16 hole.

No pics on a BII.

Any objections to a local pickup? My wife is from down in Radcliff, and it is almost time to go see the MIL (again). It would give me a GREAT reason to ditch the MIL for a while, AND, meet a fellow boardmember.

Local pickup is fine. Shop is open m-f 8-5 but I can meet you at other times/on the weekend if my wife doesn't have anything else planned for me.

Yes, it's yours.

I'm going to put some tabs down there on the bars, and cut the yellow circles out to clear the lights.

I'll pm you on some other details.

Glad you like it...I think it's pretty cool too and want to see some installed pics.

Whats the biggest winch it can hold?

winch mounting area is approx 32x7, and the bolt pattern is the common 4.5x10.

A 12,000 will physically fit, maybe larger depending on the brand.
