CAN Turn signal switch, warning chimes

Hi All,

Got a problem with no turn signal sound and no warning chimes, although all blinking dash warnings show appropriately and the turn signals and hazards work outside and blink on dash.

I have been told I need a cluster assembly.

In normal mode before no sounds started, I noticed that when the turn signals were going they would block out the warning chime for the seat belt. Now that all chimes (seatbelt, door open, keys left in ignition etc), are not heard AND the turn signal click is not heard, I am wondering if there is a relationship between the two, as the chime is likely on the dash and the signal sound is likely from a blinker, not dash or therefore cluster assembly related, maybe I stand corrected. Any thoughts for correction???
