Air vents have a clicking noise.

I have a 2006 EB Explorer. About a year ago, it started clicking under the dash when the Ac/heat was off. If u turn on the AC or heat it will go away. It is annoying. I dont want to start sinking money into this when I dont have any idea where to start. Any ideas? I already checked behind the dash to see if the air lines were kinked and they were not. Thx.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the A/C & heater section. Check the blend door actuator.
