Im glad i didnt have an EF sticker on the old lowered 5 liter when i had nitrous on it.

"He came into my lane sideways, with smoke billowing and groceries flying out of the windows... when i arrived at home my husband discovered a loaf of bread and 3 cans of tuna lodged in the grill..."

I wouldn't know what plate was on the truck, but my old Explorer fits that description. If it's a PA Plate, it's 3 letters followed by a dash, then 4 numbers
