How hard to take out torsion bolts?

Me and my friend want to take the bolts out of his 00 x to lower the front a little. Is this something we can do? Anybody got detailed instructions or anything? Thanks.

Read the "Going for the gusto " post by Godfather.
It will answer all your questions, if you read 1st post thru last.
