brackets for Sparco Seats?

I was planning on buy in a SParco Pista Seat for my 98-00 mountaineer pretty soon, I have a power adjustable driver seat and wanted to know how would i mount the new sparco? will the OEM brackets fit? or will I have to buy some new brackets? where do i find the brackets??

i dunno, the guy whos gonna install them for me, is going to build a roll bar to mount my five point harness too so he might just make some custom brackets.. he said something about maybe being able to use my OEM brackets, possibly even the adjustable brackets! that'd be sweet.. a electronic adjustable sparco seAT! I really wanna get this done before the pismo meet on oct. 25

I have seen people use the electronic OEM brackets to mount their racing seat to. All they do is either make new holes or they weld on metal pieces to make the mounting points for the seat attach to the OEM parts.
