How does this one grab you? It is fully electronic and constantly monitors the cranking battery for full charge. Once it reaches capacity, it then charges the auxillary battery. It the cranking battery drops, it will revert back to charging the cranking battery. May be a bit pricey for some of you guys, but it is sensational.

Not sure what Crankcase means by old school batteries as they are brand new. They are a maintenance type, which means you can actually check the fluid level. As for the system, it's made by Piranha and is also sold under the TJM name. The dual battery isolator cost me $250AUD, the cradle was about $100AUD, and you can choose any brand of battery you like, as long as it fits. The one you see at the back is the starter battery. It is 520CCA which is less than factory but I have never had a problem with it. The closer one is the auxillary battery. It is 40Ah, which is enough to run my 40 litre Engel fridge and camp light for a least 24 hours without starting the engine.
