01 Sport Trac exterior door moldings coming off.

Hey all,

I was wondering what you guys would think of taking off the door moldings on a sport trac door. Would it look stupid? maybe if someone is adept at photoshop could show me what it would look like? I have dents on both sides of the truck from accidents and being sideswiped (one on each side). I don't know what to do about it. I just don't want to take one off then hate it and have to live with my decision lol

You could always re-glue them if you don't like it. But if your paint is faded at all, the spots where the moulding covered might stand out quite a bit.

That's what I was thinking. what kind of glue do people use? I just wish I could do something before to show me what it might look like

3M Plastic Emblem and Trim Adhesive would work just fine, and its available at most auto parts stores.

okidoki....I guess the only problem I may see is the door looking bare, not natural like its supposed to,
