I'm currently in school for automotive technology and am trying to get information on my transmission. I checked the tag on the tranny and got these numbers/letters:
K2181 440512
134343 XL24 CA
my question is how do i decode them? I checked AllData and Shopkey, but the number/letter example tags that were shown look completely different than mine and didn't explain them. Is there an online resource or could i call Ford and hope for help? Any direction is appreciated.
