My daughter has a 2000 Ford Ranger XLT. Lately she has been having a tapping sound coming from her engine. Oil level is fine. However she is always having to put anti-freeze in the radiator like every 2 days or so. I noticed that there is water dripping from the exhaust. Her truck stalled when she was making a left turn and would not restart. We went out the next morning and it started right up. She drove it for about 15 miles and it stalled again after making a pop and the temp gauge went above hot. Went out this morning started it up. let run for a minute shut it down checked water it was low. Put more water in it had hard time starting. let run 30 seconds and shut it down. went to check water and is half empty. any ideas?
