Front Brakes grab when damp outside

Hello. I have a 2008 Ford Ranger. Whenever it is damp outside my front brakes grab real hard when I first apply them. I heat them up by dragging them for a very short time and then no problem. This only started about 4 months ago. Has anyone else had this issue and what have you done. Appreciate any feedback.
