I made them, haven't thought much about making them for anyone else. If I do I'll let you know.

Could you take more pics of your sliders? Want to see where you mounted them. And also what kind of metal and tubing did you use?

Before and after lightbar installation

btw cguerra go see my comments on the lightbar posting in this section

Helppp

I've been trying to figure out how to post a pic and I can't get it. Can I use my iPad or do I have to do it from a desktop?

What size light bar did u put on the grill on your explorer? I have a brush guard on mine and a 26 inch fits it pretty well, I may add another one right there though because that looks really sick. Did u just drill into the little plastic columns to hold the light in place ?

When the weather here clears up I'll get you some. I used 2x2 3/16 thick for the main piece, and 1x1 3/16 thick for the step. I used 1 inch dom tubing from the slider to the mounts. The mounts are from trail gear. 3 on each side and they are bolted to the frame. Thought about welding them, but with the fuel tank so close kinda of scared me. Was a pain in the butt drilling out the holes but was worth it.

I think your truck is a 2004 not 2005. The Estate Green was not offered that year... Are you over seas? Maybe they did there?
