interesting article. i love ford quality, my family has put close to a million miles on ford vehicles through the last 12 years, and my brother walked away from two crashes that im sure would have killed him in another vehicle, but it seems their sync technology is pretty damn suspect.

I agree with that article. I have a 2011 Edge Sport and have had a lot of problems with the sync system. I have upgraded it 3 times with the last one that Ford sent to me and have still some issues with it. For no reason the radio will either not come on or it will not go off. Also when you first turn on the radio or any CD etc. the volume is delayed for about 1 minute, and then it goes up. Very frustrating. Yes I have taken it back to the dealer with no result's. They do not know how to fix it either. Luckly I lease my vehicles so only one more year and it's gone.
