2010 limited explorer Navigation troubleshooting

Thanks a lot for this great opportunity ,My name is Emad ...I'm new ford owner ,this is my first experience with this great car..also 1st time to join car forum I just bought the car before 3 days and suddenly the navigation screen went off and Radio start working instead . I restart the navigation bottom a gain but it show "please insert navigation card " even though navigation was working perfect all last three days ... any help to solve this issue ???

Did you press out the navigation SD Card? Take it out and put it back in, then try again.

The nav card should be in the center console.

Wow ..it works ...actually I installed another updated chip and it was fine ..the sd card was hidden beneath USP caver lid.
