4x4 93 ford explorer

Hey guys I've got a 93 explorer and i need a stock spindle and spindle locking key. I was wondering if anyone knew where to find them. Is there a way to put a different spindle besides stock that i can put on it? I have a 4 inch lift on it and was hoping a can put a performance spindle on it.

Some have swapped Dana 44 knuckles and spindles onto their Dana 35:

As for your Dana 35 spindle, I'm not sure if those are still available new. You may have to scrounge the bone yards.
