What can cause the timing to go from 9.5 degrees to 19 within 75 rpm? Bad crankshaft position sensor? i know how to test it but its kinda impossible for me since I'm doin all this by myself. I cant crank the engine and hold volt meter under the radiator. My arms aint long enough
